This started as a simple extension for a private self-build client, but as the ideas grew, so did the ambition — it became a full new build. The result is a four-bedroom villa that combines elegance, comfort, and traditional detailing with modern living. Planning was achieved in July 2025, and construction is underway using SIPs panels. After four years of design and discussion, the lady of the house finally got her dream walk-in closet — and an island so big it deserves its own postcode.
