Set on a hidden backland site, this project began as a modest bungalow and evolved into a Scandinavian-inspired villa — light-filled, contemporary, and beautifully simple. We developed a flat-roofed design using SIPs construction with passive cooling, creating a sustainable, minimalist home that blends effortlessly into the landscape. This one was a rare opportunity to try something truly unique because of its private location.
